If you call, text, WhatsApp or email us, we keep what you send so we can reply and, if you go ahead, carry out the work.
The website host keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you.
We use your details to reply to the enquiry, arrange a quote or a visit, and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
The legal basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us about a job, and we use the details only to deal with that. If a job goes ahead, we also keep records where the law requires it, including tax and accounting.
Quote form messages are sent to mjs55ltd@gmail.com. When the form is delivered online, Web3Forms passes the message to that inbox and does not use it for its own marketing. If the form opens your email app instead, the message is sent from your own email.
